　　根据美国有线电视新闻网CNN菲律宾2月5日上午的报导，虽然新的变异病毒在传播，菲律宾将放开更多外国人入境。

　　菲律宾跨机构防疫工作组（IATF）宣布再次放宽外籍公民入境条件，即自2月16日起，允许“特别居留和退休签证”持有者入境菲律宾。
　　英文原文： Harry Roque on Friday said foreigners with validSpecial Resident and Retirees Visa will be allowed to travel to the country starting Feb. 16 despite the spread of new, more transmissible COVID-19 variants globally.
　　跨机构防疫工作组发言人哈里·罗克（Harry Roque）表示自2020年3月20日前签发的有效签证的外籍公民，也可以入境。
　　The IATF also allowed the entry of foreign nationals with valid visas issued as of March 20, 2020.
　　所有入境者，无论什么国籍，必须出示7日隔离酒店凭证，并在隔离的第6日进行新冠检测。若检测结果为阴性，则旅客可选择在家中完成剩余14天的自主隔离观察。
　　The foreign travelers should have a pre-booked accommodation good for at least six nights in an accredited quarantine hotel or facility. They need to undergo an RT-PCR test on the sixth day from their arrival. The IATF added Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente has the exclusive prerogative to decide on waiver or recall of exclusion orders for all foreign nationals allowed to enter the country.
