菲律宾人找我借钱需要注意什么？

有个菲律宾人找我借20万P。在法律上我要注意什么？比如借条的书写方式，要不要写上还款期限？因为我不懂菲律宾法律，特向大神们请教！谢谢！

There is no criminal liability when a person fails to pay a loan, only civil liability. Meaning, there is no way to compel someone to pay until he or she has the capability. As long as you know this, then it is your decision. Just let the other party sign a promissory note!

不还债不需负刑事责任，但可能承担民事责任，意思就是，在欠方有能力还钱的情况下，债主不能迫使欠方还债。只要你明白这一点，最终决定权在你手中。你只需要让欠方签欠条。

我朋友借钱给她费用，1wp,催了一年还是半年。菲佣说那费用不可以让我朋友在她的工资扣，说有钱就还给你！

菲律宾人借钱别想要回来，你借钱给他，他们会直接理解为送他们，偷，抢，骗，赖，卖，毒，妓，丢了也不能借给小菲。

他找你借钱的时候你会感觉他很可怜，你找他要钱的时候你会觉得他更可怜，所以你可怜他才借钱给他，当你觉得他更可怜的时候你还怎么向他要钱？

最好不要借，我借给同事2.5万，还求了一年

看来都是借时容易，还时难
