怎么样增加录取几率？
1.时间可以配合六个月，快速到岗
因为大多数学校都要求实习期间在半年以上，所以有意向前来应聘的同学，一定要确保自己有足够的时间、精力和耐心哦。
2.有一定的英语基础
因为学生经理需要和其他国家职员沟通，要求本身有一定的英语水平，如果是零基础或者基础比较弱可能无法通过面试。
3.对学校事务有了解
为了希望学生经理可以更快的上手，学校告诉我们，若有游学学生的经验，将会极大几率优先录取，有的学校的职缺并不对外开放，只对本校学生开放。
建议大家：
可以先报名游学，再在游学期间寻找相关职缺，并且可以到校面试。

宿务IMS正在招募"中国学生经理"
条件：
＊可任期至少六个月为优先考虑
＊立马上工为优先考虑

＊具有服务热忱，主动积极有责任感，有耐性
福利：

＊提供每天共４堂课（１对１有2~3堂）

【工作内容】
＊ 周末学生接机
＊ 协助处理学生的需求与问题

PINES（碧瑶）
要求：中国大陆籍，男女不限
具备基本的英文听说能力
态度认真负责，工作努力，有耐心
至少工作六个月以上
福利待遇：
每天三节1对1
免费提供食宿，延签，SSP及Icard
工作地点：pines主校区三楼前台front desk
CNSII（碧瑶）
☞ Customer service mind and positive attitude
☞ Able to work in CNSⅡ for at least 6months
☞ English skill (Intermediate level)
☞ Office program skill (Excel, Power-point and Word)
☞ Until we hire the student manager
☞ Having 2 individual classes and 2 group classes after finishing the training period. (Normally, the training period will be 1month.).
☞ Having a weekly test and a speaking mock test per week.
☞ Providing every meal including weekends
☞ Providing accommodation.
☞ Supporting the fee from the third visa extension.
☞Assistance for School Administrative Work.
☞Management of students -Consult the students -Weekend Pick up & Orientation for new students -etc.
HANA （克拉克）
HANA Academy 招募中文学生经理（最短三个月任期）
** Obligations of the student manager**
- To be supposed to be in the office from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except the time he/she has classes.
- To admit new students on weekends and handle the orientation on Monday morning.
- To accompany new students to SM mall on Mondays. It is sometimes necessary to be absent from afternoon classes on Mondays.
- To support students in the school : dealing with students questions in terms of school, teachers, courses, accommodations.
- To update the HANA facebook frequently.
- To deal with the inquiry from the agencies.
- To be willing to do other tasks assigned by the HANA management.
** Right and benefits of the student manager**
1. Free Lessons (3 one on one Filipino classes and 1 Native group class)
2. Free accommodation (Double or Triple room)
3. Free meal
4. Free utility fee
5. Free pick up service from/to the airport
6. $300 allowance / month >>
The manager is supposed to pay for his/her SSP (study permit), VISA extension, I-card and electricity fee.
