疫情期间,要好好作息,一日三餐哦!

   相信这期间大家都会待在家里渡过,可是这种处境不可能完全控制我们的,我们依然可以保持我们内心的平衡。温馨提醒大家要尽量把自己的生活调整好,好好作息,一日三餐吃饭,室内允许情况下,不要给自己借口而不去运动哦。虽然病毒无情,可是菲律宾的天气没有让我们失望。关在宿舍里难免会感到郁闷,长时间对着手机和电脑对我们情绪和健康的影响是很大的。 我们可以尝试走到阳台,抬头看看天空,让美好的阳光光耀落在我们身上,给我们“消消毒”。
   
   We believe that we have been stuck at home during the quarantine period, but the situation doesn't fully control us. We can still maintain balance in our inner self. We kindly remind everyone to adjust their living style as much as possible: rest well and eat regularly( three meals a day). If allowed, don't give yourselves an excuse not to exercise. Even though the virus is around us, the weather does not disappoint us in the Philippines. We understand that it is boring, and we may get grumpy to be indoors for long periods of time. Staring at our phones and computers most of the day can influence our emotions a great deal.We can walk out onto the balcony if possible, and take a look up at the sky to enjoy the amazing sunshine falling on us.
